Winter Services
Commercial Snow Clearing and Removal
No matter the size of your property, ADAN will keep your winter weather worries to a minimum. Our clients include offices,
shopping centres, medical facilities, retail stores, restaurants, industrial properties, apartment buildings, condominiums, and
retirement residences. We have the equipment and man power to guarantee service within 12 hours of snowfall completion.
We operate the whole season from November 1 to March 31. We understand the need for an on-time and efficient snow removal service.
There is no need to call when a snow storm starts; we are on 24-hour weather watch.
We offer the following packages,
- Option A: Unlimited snow clearing every time it snows of 2-4 cm or more. Monthly/seasonal contract
- Option B: Agreement - You specify the minimum amount of accumulated snow for us to automatically come out and clear
- Option C: Flexible - Whether you need a daily plow service, or just want to be plowed when the major snow storms hit
Snow services include the following
- Sidewalk Package(Ice management control including salt and safety sand) to ensure a safe walkway
- Parking lot cleaning(Snow will be piled in a pre determined location by owner)
- Snow Removal/Hauling(Snow will be hauled away from your site insuring you don't loose any space)
- Parking lot sanding
Residential Snow Clearing
We also offer residential snow clearing packages on a monthly basis for the homeowner that doesn't want to get stuck in driveway or slip on the sidewalk
- Snow clearing of driveways and walkways
- Salting of slippery areas and stairs
